The Woodhaven Oaks Civic Association (WOCA) collects annual dues to cover its fixed costs. The fixed costs include 
Property Taxes - WOCA owns two pieces of communal property. One lot is at the south end of the plan and is typically referred to as “the walking trail.” The other lot is at the Old Perry Highway Entrance and houses the Woodhaven Oaks sign.
Electricity Bill – There is a monthly electricity bill to light the entrance sign.
Front Entrance Maintenance—While volunteers supply the labor, some materials are required for the upkeep of the front entrance.
Insurance – This insurance covers communal property and events.
Communications and website costs—The newly elected Board of Governors is committed to providing timely, transparent, multimedia communications to all residents of Woodhaven Oaks.
